Refund and Returns Policy
IMPORTANT NOTICE – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER
By purchasing any product from ghr bnao PK (https://gharbnao.pk), you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following Return & Refund Policy. We strongly advise all customers to review our complete Terms & Conditions before proceeding to checkout.
1. Return Window
You may request a return for your order within 1 business day (i.e., within 24 hours) from the exact time and date of delivery.
Any return requests submitted after this 24-hour window will be strictly rejected and will not be entertained under any circumstances.
2. Eligibility Conditions for Return
To qualify for a return, the products must meet ALL of the following conditions:
- Completely Unused – The products must be in brand-new, unused, and original condition.
- Undamaged – No broken, chipped, cracked, scratched, or opened items are accepted.
- Original Packaging – Products must be returned in their original packaging (if applicable) and in the exact same condition as delivered.
Important Note: If the products have been used, installed, mixed with other materials, or exposed to outdoor weather conditions, the return request will be automatically rejected.
3. Restocking & Handling Fee (25% Deduction)
If your return request is approved, a mandatory 25% restocking and handling fee will be deducted from your total paid invoice amount.
You will receive a refund of the remaining 75% of your total order value.
Example: If you paid PKR 100,000, your refund will be PKR 75,000 (PKR 25,000 deducted as the restocking and handling fee).
4. Non-Refundable Charges
The following charges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Original delivery, freight, or transportation charges.
- Online payment gateway / processing charges (if applicable).
5. Return Shipping & Logistics (Buyer’s Responsibility)
The customer is solely responsible for arranging the pickup and bearing all transportation and logistics costs to send the products back to our designated warehouse or facility.
Please note that we do not offer free return pickup services.
6. Refund Processing Time
Once the returned products reach our facility and successfully pass the quality inspection, your refund (i.e., 75% of the total product cost) will be processed within 14 to 30 business days.
The refund will be issued via your original payment method.

CRITICAL NOTE FOR BUYERS (Damage / Shortage Claims)
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
Any claims for broken, damaged, or missing items must be reported within 6 hours of receipt. After 6 hours, we will assume that the order was received in perfect condition and with the correct quantity.
Returns due to a change of mind or incorrect selection are only accepted within 1 business day and are strictly subject to the 25% restocking fee mentioned above.
