Ghr Bnao PK supplies a wide range of construction materials including, but not limited to:

  • RCC Steel (Sariya) – Grade 40 and Grade 60

  • Cement – Ordinary Portland Cement

  • Bricks – A-Grade Kiln Bricks

  • Wood and Timber

  • Bajri Aggregate (Crush, Gravel, and Stone Dust)

  • Construction Sand (Rait)

  • All other essential building materials

Pricing Policy

  • All prices are quoted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • However, prices may change without prior notice due to market fluctuations, changes in government policies, or variations in supplier rates.

  • We honor the price quoted at the time of order confirmation. Nevertheless, we recommend confirming the latest rates before placing your order.

  • Prices may be per unit, per kilogram, per ton, per cubic foot, or per piece as specified for each product.

  • Additionally, we clearly communicate any applicable taxes, duties, or delivery charges before order confirmation.

  • For example, if you order steel, we will specify the per-kilogram rate and any applicable delivery charges.

Orders and Confirmations

Placing an Order

  • You can place orders through our website, by phone at 0320-5587529, by email at info@ghrbnao.pk, or by visiting our shop in Kamra Cantt.

  • All orders remain subject to material availability. 
  • Moreover, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. 
  • In addition, we may require additional information to process your order.

  • Order Confirmation

  • We confirm orders only after we receive phone or WhatsApp confirmation from the customer.

  • Subsequently, we send a confirmation message via WhatsApp or phone call with order details, quantity, price, and delivery schedule.

  • Therefore, please review your order confirmation carefully and notify us immediately of any errors.
  •  For instance, if the quantity or price does not match your expectations, please let us know right away.
    Minimum Order Quantity

Minimum order quantities may apply for certain materials, particularly for bulk items such as steel, cement, bajri, and sand. In addition, we will communicate any applicable minimum order requirements at the time of order placement. Consequently, please inquire about minimum quantities before placing your order.

 Delivery Policy

Delivery Areas

We deliver construction materials across Attock district, including Attock city, Kamra Cantt, Hazro city, Waisa village, Rango, Gondal Mandi, and surrounding areas. However, for locations outside these areas, please contact us to confirm delivery availability and charges.

 Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges depend on the delivery location, quantity of materials ordered, and vehicle type required.

  • We calculate and communicate delivery charges to the customer before order confirmation.

    For bulk orders, delivery charges may be waived or discounted at our discretion.

Delivery Timeframe

We strive to deliver materials within the agreed timeframe. However, delivery times may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Road conditions

  • Traffic congestion

  • Government restrictions or road closures

  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

We will make every effort to inform you of any delays as soon as possible.

Customer Responsibility at Delivery

  • The customer must ensure that someone is available at the delivery site to receive the materials.

  • The customer is responsible for providing clear access to the delivery site for our vehicles.

  • Any damages or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be entertained.

Payment Terms

  • Cash on Delivery (for local orders)

  • Cash Payment at our shop

Payment Schedule

  • For local orders (Attock, Kamra, Hazro, and nearby areas), payment can be made on delivery or as agreed between both parties.

  • For outstation orders, full payment is required before dispatch of materials.

  • For large or custom orders, a partial advance payment may be required, with the balance due upon delivery.

Late Payments

Any delay in payment beyond the agreed terms may result in:

  • Suspension of delivery

  • Cancellation of the order

  • Additional charges or interest as per applicable laws

Quality Guarantee

At Ghr Bnao PK, we are committed to providing only the highest quality construction materials. Therefore, We check every batch of steel, cement, bricks, bajri, sand, and wood before it reaches your site.
Quality Standards

  • All materials meet standard quality specifications as per industry standards.

  • Steel bars are sourced from reputable mills such as Amreli, Mughal, and Ittehad.

  • Cement is sourced from leading manufacturers.

  • Bajri and sand are properly washed and graded.

  • Bricks are kiln-baked and A-grade.

Reporting Quality Issues

  • If you believe any material supplied does not meet the agreed quality standards, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Please provide clear photographs and a detailed description of the issue.

  • We will investigate the matter and, if the issue is confirmed, we will:

    • Replace the defective material at no additional cost, or

    • Issue a refund for the defective material, as per our Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ghr Bnao PK shall not be liable for:

  • We shall not be liable for any delays in delivery caused by weather, road conditions, traffic, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.Any incorrect quantities ordered by the customer.

  • Any construction defects, structural failures, or damages caused by improper use, storage, or handling of materials.

  • Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our materials or services.

“As Is” Basis
We provide all materials on an “as is” basis. Consequently, customers are responsible for ensuring that the materials they purchase are appropriate for their intended use.
